Two Line Elements (TLEs): What they are and how to use them.
TLEs are a universal language used to describe the motion of spacecraft around the Earth. Despite their inherent limitations, they are entirely adequate in many RF applications and ubiquitous in the Space Domain Awareness community. In this half-day course, we discuss these limitations, their history. measurement and how to use them effectively.
